Where we deliver

We deliver within 2 miles of the shop on Dewsbury Road, which covers most of Beeston, Holbeck, Hunslet and the south side of the city centre. Our own staff do the driving — it isn't handed to a courier app, so if something needs sorting you're talking to the shop.

Slots & timing

• Order before 5pm and we deliver the same day.
• 2-hour delivery windows, seven days a week, 9am to 8pm.
• Book up to 7 days ahead; the cutoff is 2 hours before your slot starts.
• Prefer to collect? Order online and it's picked and ready in 2 hours — and the customer car park is free.

• Delivery: £4.99 within 2 miles — no surge, no small print.
• Free delivery on orders over £50.
• Click & Collect: always free.
• Shelf prices are the same online as they are in the shop.

Substitutions

By default we'll ask you first before substituting anything — we call or message while the picker is still on the shop floor. You can change the default at checkout: "any similar item" if you'd rather not be interrupted, or "don't substitute" if you'd rather have a refund.

Weighed items

Loose veg and anything cut at the butchery counter is weighed at picking, so the final price can move a little either way. We authorise the estimated total when you order and charge the actual amount once it's picked — you're never charged for something we couldn't supply.
